I’m been working with the creator of YouAnimator.com, Miku Kremser for the past 8 months or so trying to really make youanimator something that can help the industry. I’ve been working with Miku (the founder) to make this site the best rating/ recruiting site out there. We have created a great rating system that enables an animators demo reel to get reviewed 3 times from three different professional animators, and then is averaged between the three ratings. This info gets put into a studio specific search engine that recruiters can use when looking to hire animators.
