      • Your Welcome!! cant wait to see what you do next!
..i could never do what you do..drawing one anime figure for me takes like 2 hours..and seeing how much you have to do exhausts me!

  5. Great work Malcon!! Loved Tangled so much and your shots convey so much emotion, vital parts of the film. I see a typo in the opening title slate (two fors).

  6. Hey Malcom,
really nice Demoreel you got there. I remember your AM short animation. I m at AM right now in class5 actually and my mentor is Brent Homman he is working at Disney to. he a very nice a super tallented guy. I m sure you know him.
    Take care man.

  7. Malcon,

    Very awesome.

I’m sure there are plenty of others in the same boat as I am, so here are a few questions about the Talent Development Program:
-After the application deadline, how long did it take for a Disney employee to get in touch with you for an interview?
    -What was the interview like?
-How long did you have to wait for the job offer after your interview?

    Thanks again!

    • Sorry, I got confused between your page and Andrew Chesworths. Still an awesome demo reel!

      • Thanks!
I’m actually Andrew’s Mentor in the Talent Dev program! Nice linking of animation peeps! …. that makes no sense.
        Thanks again!

    • Iā€™m sure there are plenty of others in the same boat as I am, so here are a few questions about the Talent Development Program: Have a unique and fresh Animation reel with performance choices that show your uniqueness and ability.
-After the application deadline, how long did it take for a Disney employee to get in touch with you for an interview?
Depends on when you apply, and the demand for hires. Hopefully it will be soon.

      -What was the interview like?
Its pretty relax. Now we Skype the animator which is nice! Its a good way to get to know how a person works and interacts with others! Its a good chance to talk to the animator a little about his or her animation etc.

-How long did you have to wait for the job offer after your interview?
My experience was a little different. I dont have a good answer for this. I’d see questions number one for a decent answer…
      Thanks man! Best of luck!
      -Malcon
